The 3" pole sleeve is closed at the top to prevent the flag from sliding down the pole. The bottom of the sleeve features a leather tab that can be zip-tied to the the pole. The flag has a double-needle hem on the top and bottom and four rows of stitching on the fly end. Your artwork will be visible on one side of the flag only with the reverse image visible through the back of the flag.
